Kokerboom Terms About the Products The majority of the products we sell are handmade in small batches. All individual items are separately listed on our website. We try our best to ensure that the images and details of each product are accurate and clearly displayed. However, due to the individual nature of our products we recommend that you contact us if you have any questions about the products prior to purchase. We are more than happy to deal with enquiries and will endeavour to do so as promptly as is possible. Should you not be happy with your purchase once received please contact us by email and follow the guidelines set out in the returns section. Product availability Stock levels for individual products are listed online with each product’s ‘add to cart’ button. Stock levels are updated automatically for online orders. However, as we also sell our goods off-line at exhibitions and events, the stock levels cannot be guaranteed and may not reflect any recent orders taken off-line. In the event of purchasing a product that is out-of-stock we will contact you to explore the option to cancel an order or product exchange. If it is important that you know the number of items in stock please contact us by email or telephone before you order. If you are interested in an item which is out of stock, we are happy to take pre-orders in advance of re-stocking or can arrange special orders to obtain items for you. Please contact us to discuss. Returns and Refunds
Should you not be happy with your purchase or if it arrives damaged we will accept returns within 14 days of purchase. As a shopper you have the right to cancel an order within seven days of placing it or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel an order any payment you have made will be returned. If you wish to return an item please contact us with the reason for requesting a return before returning items so we can allocate a returns number. All returns need to sent back to us in their original packaging and undamaged, unless this is the reason for its return.
We will issue you with a full refund within 30 days once returned items have been received. You are responsible for the postage costs of returning items and we recommend that you use registered or recorded delivery for any returns sent. Depending upon locality it may be possible for us to arrange collection of returns.
Delivery UK delivery costs Our postage and packing costs reflect the cost of packing materials, as well as postal charges. To keep delivery cost as simple as possible we have three simple bands for delivery based on the cost of items ordered AND orders up to £5.00 come with FREE delivery. Orders up to £5.00... Postage and packing = FREE Orders up to £35.00... Postage and packing = £2.89
All order over £35.00..... Postage and Packing = £4.85 We despatch all our orders over £5.00 via the Post Office using 1st Class Parcel Post or Next Day Special Delivery depending upon the size and weight of the parcel, which means you should receive your order within 3 – 5 working days from the point of despatch and many should arrive by next day delivery. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about delivery. Non-UK Delivery We are happy to receive orders from outside the UK.
